Microsoft continues to chip away at the venerable Windows 10 Control Panel by now testing the redirection of the 'Program and Features' control panel to the modern 'Apps & Features' Settings page.

We know Microsoft is looking at ways of making the new PC Settings tab the primary way to configure your machine and we see evidence of them moving away from Control Panel in the new build of Windows.

Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) provides users with two ways to access settings, the traditional Control Panel with access to various functions and tools, as well as the new Modern UI Settings app.
