Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs is off to a fast start tonight in Detroit. Gibbs had a 19-yard run and a 26-yard reception on the Lions' first possession, and although Detroit stalled once Gibbs got into the red zone, his big plays were enough to get into field goal range, and the Lions took an early 3-0 lead.

The Lions’ star had 127 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the first half alone. St. Brown was involved from the beginning, and was able to get the first points of the game one play after an Aidan Hutchinson interception flipped the momentum.

The Rams outscored the Lions, 41-34, overcoming a 10-point deficit in the first half to come back and win at home. They improved to 11-3 on the year and clinched a playoff berth, moving a bit closer to winning the NFC West for the second straight year.

Brandon Aubrey has had some impressive games in his career, but he might have outdone himself on Thursday night in Detroit. The kicker broke two NFL records against the Lions and he was one of the few bright spots for the Dallas Cowboys in a 44-30 loss at Ford Field.

Matthew Stafford passes for 368 yards and Kyren Williams rushes for two touchdowns, but Davante Adams exits early with an injury in a 41-34 win over the Lions.

The Detroit Lions hung with the Rams for a half, which was nice, but they'll need to be practically perfect in their final 3 games.
