CLEVELAND -- Myles Garrett didn't get the sack record, but his Cleveland Browns recorded a 13-6 upset win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, who missed a golden opportunity to win the AFC North. Cleveland clinched the win after its defense came up with a red-zone stand in the game's final seconds.

The Browns got 11 yards back on third-and-17 when Shedeur Sanders scrambled. On fourth-and-6 from the Steelers 33, they elected to go for it, but Sanders' pass to Sal Cannella was low and wide and was incomplete with 10:14 remaining in the second quarter.

Kevin Stefanski's has coached 101 games for the Browns. Only Paul Brown (214) and Blanton Collier (112) have coached more.

The Steelers might struggle against the Ravens in Sunday's winner-take-all AFC North game if continue with this approach. Meanwhile, it's clear what the Browns need to do at QB.
