The acquisition was announced by Adrian Ang, better known as Xiao Ming, and Karl Mak, founders of Singapore-based Hepmil Media Group, on Oct. 29. Hepmil is the parent company of comedy site SGAG. The company was established in 2015 and currently has more than 300 employees. The acquisition fee was undisclosed.
