Top suggestions for improve:=[It’s quite disconcerting for a team member to make flippant comments / remarks without context of relevance to the situation that we are working with in. These comments from Rachel Lewis feel quite personal and not appropriate, and I believe they misrepresented me, and my reputation has been tarnished my name, and it has affected one’s reputation that was built on one’s strong work ethic but has not been black marked thus giving me a bad rap with what I managed to achieve for the workstream in terms of one’s contributions. ] |
