Part 1/2 - make your pudding! This is a dark old style pudding. The best way to cook it is in a pressure cooker - I did try slow cooking one - gave up halfway and pressure cooked it. But if you boil this or slow cook it for between 5 and 10 hours I’d say it would be fine. This was a labour of love, and hugely emotional for me - I felt Mam with me every step of the way.
