Cesar Armando Librado, better known as “The Flirt” ("El Coqueto") was a bus driver who, over the course of a year, ended the lives of seven women who boarded his vehicle. The man claimed one more victim but, after taking advantage of her, he threw her in a desolate area, thinking she hadn’t survived: she closed her eyes to trick him and save her life.
