I did a demo at the @bbqguys Design Center grand opening last week. Here’s a quick rundown of what I grilled. To bake cookies on a gas grill, I set the @blazegrills to 350F degrees with an indirect heat setting. I also added a smoke box with hickory chips over direct heat. For the cookies, mix chocolate chip cookie dough with pecans and toffee. Place small balls on a lined sheet pan. Sprinkle some sea salt on top and set that sheet pan on an elevated pan over the indirect heat. Bake for about 12
