Two police officers rescued an unconscious 26-year-old man who was trapped in his car after crashing in Franklin Township, New Jersey, just moments before the vehicle was overtaken by flames. Police said the man was found in the driver’s seat “unresponsive” and that the car’s doors were locked as “smoke was pouring out of the front of the vehicle.” They had to break through the windows and unlock the doors to reach him, which they managed to do as flames started to whip up at their feet.
