On episode 5 of @MBC TOP CHEF the chefs had to auction the ingredients they wanted to cook with - not with money but with cooking time. Chef Ruba auctioned for the combination of Mango, Jalapeño & Mozzarella. She auctioned it all the way down to 1.5 hours cooking time in the kitchen. She had the least amount of time to cook for this challenge out of all the chefs!
