Every Wednesday at 7:30 a.m., our Fuchsberg students gather at the Kotel — in the egalitarian section, near David’s Arch — to pray together. Men and women, side by side, lifting our voices in the same ancient words that have carried our people through millennia. Watching while one of our students wrap tefillin in this place, in the open air, facing stones that have absorbed the prayers, tears, and hopes of countless generations, is a moment that humbles the soul.
