I used 3" electrical conduit pipe and shallow super strut for anchoring above the painted 2x4 frame. The kayak frame is removable so I can use the flatbed. | Harbor Freight | Facebook

2.3K views | Darren’s Flatbed Trailer Darren built this trailer using our Wide Flatbed Trailer Plans, making a few small but significant additions along the way. He lengthened the trailer by 600mm to a bed size of 3000 x 2000 and extended the tie rails all round. He also split the drop sides with a removable post for a bit of additional support and added some rails underneath to carry ramps.
