Crust • 2.5 cups flour • 2 sticks salted butter • 1 tbsp sugar • 3–4 tbsp ice cold water Instructions: Mix until a dough forms. Roll out, cut 12 circles, and press into a cupcake pan. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Blueberry Filling • 1 pint blueberries • 1/3 cup water • 1/3 cup sugar • 2 tbsp cornstarch • 2 tbsp water Instructions: In a pan, bring blueberries, water, and sugar
