Bob Lazar Blew the Whistle on Area 51. In 1989, Bob Lazar made claims he worked at a secret facility near Area 51 called S-4, where he reverse-engineered Non-Human spacecraft. According to Lazar, these craft used a gravity propulsion system powered by Element 115, an element unknown at the time.Years later, Element 115 was officially added to the periodic table.
