Screen/video monitor: on Tuesday we ask Sheryl if it’s OK to deliver all the products/items to YB for future show use, starting with FLIBS. If she agrees and we haven’t purchased the screen and the stand yet, we’ll skip the video this year. We’ll have time to plan in advance and make it more professional for next year. 2. FLIBS: Kate suggested we use the same booth items we used for IBBI, need to make sure everything we need will be delivered if not already at the IBEX. In other words, define a products/items list, consider from where they need to be shipped and how YB can support us. Thanks, ]improve |
