2 Bar Chest-Supported Meadows Row - this is an excellent variation of the original exercise, pioneered by the late, great John Meadows. I never got a chance to meet him but I aspire to be as knowledgeable about training as he was. The original version is a fantastic upper back exercise...definitely worth doing.
