Here’s yet another basal cell cancer. They aren’t always obvious and the reality is unless you magnify them it can be easy to miss. Before putting the dermatoscope on I’d have been hard pressed to pick that cancer from the sea of red dots on this blokes legs but that’s why you magnify!!
