While heading to school in a car with his stepfather, an 11-year-old boy was shot and killed during a road rage incident on a congested Nevada freeway. The suspect fired a single shot, police said, hitting the child in the back seat. Melissa Adan reports.

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) has taken accountability after admitting that crews were not able to salt the roads in time, as the winter storm arrived earlier than originally forecasted.
