My most memorable experience from World of Concrete this year was trying out @3msafety's Virtual Reality Safety Training. I really think VR has a strong future in construction training, not just safety, because it's going to be the most cost-effective way to immerse those with less experience to real-world situations where they actually have to make active decisions. Training in a classroom and taking tests doesn't make sense for the construction industry, though still required in many instances
