Here is one of my favorite core exercises, The Cable Crunch. To perform this exercise setup the cable at an arms length from your head while in a seated position, hold the rope grips on either side of your head locking your arms; now brace your torso and shorten your abs, aiming to pull your lower ribs towards your pelvis, then lengthen your abs moving back to the starting position and repeat. While performing this exercise be conscious to keep your arms from taking over, strictly focus on core
