On the last day of the year, I decided I’d attempt one last challenge, and I finally made the #dubaichocolate with homemade #kataifi pastry! Kataifi recipe thanks to @Tigga Maccormack: - 3/4 cup flour - 2/3 cup corn starch/corn flour - 1 tsp sugar - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 tbsp vegetable oil - 1 cup water I used 60g butter in the pan, with 240g of kataifi pastry to toast the pastry, as well as 1 whole block of white chocolate, 1 whole block of milk chocolate, and about half of each of the containers of
